Episode 5 Friend
It’s Charlie’s birthday in this episode. And what an intense episode. Nick gets invited and has to decide between the party or a date with Imogen. And Charlie’s friend group have to decide if they are willing to let Nick be one of them.
Friend - what an interesting word. It can be both a good and a bad thing.
I also find Tao and Charlie’s little banter hilarious.
It’s funny, Nick doesn’t think that he’s all that strong or brave. But he is so wrong.
Okay, this time he did actually hear Nick make the date with Imogen, so I can’t be too mad. He really does think that he’s protecting Charlie. And I do hate how Charlie always gets upset with Tao for defending them against Harry.
Guys I just absolutely adore Olivia Coleman. The woman is such a goddess! I hope she’s in the movie!
They know how Charlie feels about him, well Isaac really knows… And they are willing to give him a chance for Charlie’s sake. I love that.
Now that’s a friend group!
I love how good Charlie is at flirting with Nick.
Tao, sweet sweet Tao, you need to trust Charlie. Even just a little, my love.
I just can’t with that look on Nicks face!
Nick knows that he is making things hard on Charlie by asking him to keep them a secret. You can tell that he feels terrible about it. At the same time, he’s not ready to come out. It’s a very hard place to be in.
It’s almost as if Nick wanted to give Tao the opportunity to yell at him. And Tao takes it.
These guys are just so adorable.
Nick, you are wise beyond your years, my darling.
We are officially more than half through the first season.
